Cryptico Consulting Pty Ltd, trading as ‘Spy Products’, is a retailer of manufacturer-approved spy products and related services.  By purchasing a product or service from Spy Products (the ‘company’) (operative at www.spyproducts.com.au: the ‘website’) the purchaser agrees to indemnify and not hold liable the company, its officers, employees and agents under any law of tort or contract for the unlawful use resulting from any purchases made directly or indirectly from the company or through use of, or otherwise, in connection with, the website.  The purchaser also agrees to indemnify and not hold liable the company, its officers, employees and agents for any special or consequential loss, loss of reputation or goodwill, emotional or moral damages or any other loss suffered through using the company’s products or services.  In purchasing and using a product or service the purchaser agrees to use it only for a lawful purpose and to comply with all statutory obligations governing its lawful use in the jurisdiction in which the purchaser uses it.  All information and content on the website is for information purposes only and does not, in any form, constitute advice, legal or otherwise. Through using the company’s products the purchaser accepts that all purchases made in respect of the website and company are final.  Products come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty covering latent structural defects.  To the extent statutory consumer guarantees and warranties apply to a purchase (for example, under the Australian Consumer Law), the company agrees to meet and comply with those guarantees and warranties.
