Spy Products Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Acceptance of Policy

When making a purchase through www.spyproducts.com.au at checkout, it is a requirement to tick the box stating: “I have read and I accept the terms and policies listed on the website.” By ticking this box, you formally accept and agree to the terms and policies listed on the website and outlined below.


Cancellation of Order

Cancellations will be accepted if the item/s have not been dispatched from our warehouse. Please note that a 30% cancellation fee applies to cover processing, refund handling, and administrative costs.


Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or exchanges on products where the item is not faulty or damaged. We encourage customers to choose carefully and contact us with any questions prior to purchase to ensure the correct product is selected.


Difficulties Using or Operating an Item

If you experience any issues with an item purchased from www.spyproducts.com.au, please contact us via email immediately so we can assist you with setup or operation. If a technical issue is identified, we may contact the manufacturer directly on your behalf.


Spy Products does not offer returns, exchanges or refunds under any circumstances for the following items:

  • USB Devices
  • Memory Cards
  • Monitoring Software
  • Forensic / Data Recovery Software
  • GPS Trackers supplied with an IMEI number

Faulty Product Returns

We will accept product returns and may offer an exchange, credit, refund or repair where:

  • The product is deemed faulty or not of acceptable quality;
  • The product is not fit for its intended purpose;
  • The product does not match the sample or description; and
  • You provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that items may need to be returned to the manufacturer for diagnostic testing, repair or replacement. In some cases, this may involve overseas shipping and could take approximately 2–4 weeks.

If the product is confirmed to be faulty, not fit for purpose, or not as described, Spy Products will offer an exchange or refund. All decisions are made on a case-by-case basis. A copy of the original tax invoice or receipt must be supplied.

Postage and handling costs are not covered by Spy Products in the event of a return.


Return Authorisation

Please contact our customer service team at www.spyproducts.com.au before returning any item. We will issue a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and provide a Return Authorisation Form for completion.

Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit and must include:

  • A copy of your proof of purchase
  • The completed Return Authorisation Form
  • The issued Return Authorisation Number (RAN)
